What is Home Team?

Home Team is the army of people that serve and commit to ongoing service across the the many ministries of the church.

Why is it called “Home Team”?

Those that serve call Refresh Community Church their church ”home”.  Every family works together to make their "home" a safe, warm and welcoming place to others. We are that family and this is our home.

What is required to be a part of Home Team?

1. Church Membership: We want those who serve to have ownership and responsibility to this place and family.

2. Training: All receive a baseline training and then ministry-specific training.

How do I know where I should serve?

Home Team is not just volunteering. We want you to discover and function within your unique skills, talents and gifts.  Our process is designed to help those who are unsure to discover, and those who are to get connected.

Does Home Team only serve on Sunday?

Most of Home Team serves on Sunday mornings, but some serve in other ministries throughout the week.

What if I'm interested in serving beyond Refresh?

We are committed to being church that serves beyond our four walls.  We partner with several ministries in our community and beyond.
